You'll have to be more specific, what router are you going to be working on? I think you'll find some great stuff in the cisco product documentation CD, or log on to cisco web site and and do a search on VOIP

The first time I worked on Cisco VoIP, some PDF files from Cisco.com helped me to conquer the task but it took more than normal time.
After that I purchased the books of Cisco IP Telephony Specialist courses.
