I have a Cisco 350 and it uses inline ethernet power. Now the unit once plugged in doesn't do anything beyond lighting up all 3 LED's and staying like that. This happens the second it's plugged in and stays like that for well days! Any ideas?

Thanks!

Sounds like you are not getting enough power to fully power the unit or you have a hardware failure. What is providing the line power, I am guessing a switch(designed for this) or a power injector. A standard ethernet line will not provide the power this device is needing.

Ya it's the PSU that came with the unit that we have hooked-up to it. We're in the process of calling back another unit for the samel make/model to try it's PSU and I guess I'll see!

Thanks.
