We have 2 UCCX servers, 1 primary 1 secondary. Does anyone know how to tell what server the Agents are logged into?

the Active server is the one that the agents are logged in against. The secondary is a hot standby.

is there a location were you can see that information? can I pull some sort of quesry or report that shows that?

You can check that under unified ccx servicability. The server that is the master engine is your active server. The master is labeled with an M next to the engine.
The master server houses all the agents along with all the other processes. The real time reporting will tell you who's logged in and their current state.
