cisco 801 problem :(

hello everyone
I have problem with cisco 801 router. It is DHCP router and everyrhing works fine. But the problem is when you restart it. everything is fine when you connect yourself on router but worstations dont see that router. Whena I use ping to test connectivity it is simply destination net unreachable.

It is connected at some old 3Com hub and I thought there is a problem, but it is the same with new HP switch.

Can anyone help me ...

perhaps, the router blocks ping.

no its not that ... I didnt put it in conf file. when I use CISCO Fast step then it works. it looks like the cisco software clen him up and push it to work Then I can do everything. It happens every time when i restart it
