Cisco 7960G ?

Not sure if this would be the correct forum but here it goes. I have a Cisco 7960G phone with CCM 3.3 When I try to make changes to the phone under Network Configuration its locked. I then tried **# which unlocks the phone. When I try to make changes to the config the softkey "Edit" doesnt work. I get a error that the key is not active here. What gives?

You are right that ##* will unlock the phone. Look at the padlock icon in the upper right corner. If it is locked, then type "##*" and that will unlock the phone. Also some settings cannot be changed until you set the DHCP Setting to NO. Should be option 29 (or somewhere near option 29)
