Cisco 7960 PC Port

I have a Cisco ICM with 7960 sets. I recently replaced one of the 7960s and the PC port on the set quit working. I replaced the set and had the same problem. Is there a parameter to disable the PC port? If so; where do I find it? If not; suggestions are appreciated.
 
I believe there is actually a Cisco ICM discussion forum under telephony as well. You may get a faster or correct answer in that forum. This is the Cisco Call Manager forum.
I do know on the Cisco Call Manager there is a setting on the device configurations to disable or enable the pc port on the phone.
 
You've probably already gotten the answer to this. But, there is a check box at the bottom of the Phone Configuration Page. The section is called Product Specific Configuration Layout and make sure the "PC Port" is enabled.
