I have a 7841 that was working but stopped, phone just says searching for network. I reset the phone to factory settings and reprogrammed, phone worked fine for a day, today phone is not working, just says unprovisioned. I am not able to reset it to the factory settings now, any suggestions?

Might just be a bad phone. Did you factory reset via the menus or the old traditional way?

Unprovisioned usually means the device is in Call Manager but has no line buttons programmed.

Whats funny is yesterday I actually had the same issue happen. Someone programmed two phones without any numbers.

Search for the MAC on call manager and see if you find the phone and check if a line is configured for it.

Or do your phones require 802.1X authentication? Maybe this is turned off? I know you will get the "searching for network" messages if it is needed but not enabled.
