Hi,

i added to many routes to my router and i dont know the command to remove these routes.
can anyone help.

Have tried that, doesnt work...?

i've done the entire path
no ip route xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/xx etc

it sais
Error on input string no

any other ideas?

whoo! The 700 series router is an ooooooold, 'special' kinda router. (non-IOS) I haven't configured one of these in, like, 4 years. (then when I did do a couple of these, it was just that - a couple)

Arnotheron, I'll have to see if I have some old documentation at work. The 770 is the one with the additional pots ports on the back, no? If so, it might be easier just to purchase a cisco 804 (it's a fully powered soho ios router with an isdn bri interface and 4 port switch - also includes a couple of pots ports on the back).

See if I can dig something up tomorrow.

rtfmdude, thank you very much.

I think at the end of the day i will buy the cisco 804, but at the moment i need to remove some routes from the current one, and i am getting to the point where it's becoming such an unknown thing that i just HAVE to know how to do it.

thanks again

hi,

unset ip route dest 0.0.0.0
