I want to connect a clan board to a cisco catlyst

I creat vlan 2
I assigne a port 1 to vlan 2
I configure an IP@ to vlan2 ( 10.20.20.5)
a clan IP@ is 10.20.20.16
the problem is: when I ping a clan I doesn't reply?

Is there a special configuration to make in port ??

if your pinging from the catalyst it probably wont ping as the clan will drop the ICMP packets. The clan thinks it's a denial of service attack and protects itself.

I'm not a CISCO specialist, but this is a rough answer.

I've seen dropped packets from a 3750 switch and cisco say this is expected.

Where do you have the IP to vlan2 created? Is it on your router?
