I have two cisco switches


both on two different IOS levels also i have lost the password to one of the switches

so i have two questions

How can i get the latest IOS Levels

How can i recover my password or wipe the unit.

IOS upgrades for the 2950 series are free for the lifetime of the product. You still however are required to have a CCO account to download the software:

If you don't have an account or can't access the software you should contact your supplier who will be able to provide the software FOC.
