I'm wondering if anyone has encountered this before and hoping to get a little guidance. I've got fifteen branch offices all running off ADSL connections to the main branch which has a 6/6 Metro Ethernet connection. due to telephone issues in some of the larger branch offices we've converted them to use Cisco call manager express, instead of the Central solution of Cisco call manager with unity Voicemail.
Problem is we have a small branch office that is running on the CCM solution but when they have a no answer/busy situation the call forwards to a second branch office. that second branch office is running on call manager express. when someone in the second office picks up the call and then tries to transfer it back to the first branch office it overflowed from they call the user in the first branch who then answers and as soon as the transfer button is hit the call goes dead. through testing I've actually found the call goes dead, but doesn't disconnect the external calling party until the internal calling party hangs up the line.
I'd love to hear what anyone has to say on this issue as it's been a giant problem for over two months now and i really need a resolution.
