Cisco 2514 Password

I try to recover the password of my 2514 Cisco Router.
I use a Toshiba laptop with Windows 2000 and TeraTerm to connect to the console port.
The Break key doesn't work: I've tried Alt+b, ESC, etc...

Please help me.

I just recovered the password from my cable router (hehehehe) using TeraTerm and ALT B.

Have you tried using HyperTerm? I know it's junk but it has worked for me in the past as a *last resort* terminal program.

Try using hyper terminal private edition. Sometimes the break doesn't work in some version of hyperterm and windows NT. Try this link:
