I am installing a Cisco 1841 router at two locations. These locations are connected via Point-to-point T1. I am using an Adtran TSU 120 with to fractionalize the DSO's so that I can pass Data traffic and connect a remote PBX gateway. I have programmed the DSX-1 port of the adtran for DSO's 1-16 and also programmed my cisco S0/0/0 for service-module t1 timeslots 1-16, line coding matches as well as channel speed. I have done this before for the same customer on a 2600 series router and all is fine. However, when I connect the WIC to the DSX-1 port of the Adtran, they do not link. If I plug the circuit into the Cisco directly, all is fine; as well as when I connect the adtran to the existing 2600, all is fine. All provisioning on the 2600 and 1841 is the same and the WIC's are the same. Help Please!! any assitance is greatly appreciated.

You can use either type of interface from the Adtran to support either service ... this is a true statement.
I have used these in the past to support both voice and data from a single T-1 ... both V.35 and DSX interfaces were used. These devices aren to difficult, map out channels to interfaces and a few other variables.

You are right about the version 2 WIC cards.
I have had the same issues with these ... without the Adtrans ... on several 2600's and the options were to change IOS or get version 1 WIC's.

Wathc the IOS and the devices/services they support.
