I am trying to swap out circuit packs but when I try removing one it says "must remove translation on board before changing circuit packs"?

Not sure how to remove the translations..

THANKS

what kind of circuit pack is it?

I have no technical solution to your management problem

list con carrier XX - XX being whatever the board is 1a02, 1a03 etc...., then display the port being used.

Try to remove all the translation by removing all the analog stations registered to that board. You can use display port 1a01xx to check the stations. After removing it you can now change circuit-pack.

You only have to "X" the ports out, on the "change station xxxx" form, no need to remove the entire station.

I tried changing the cirucit pack and it still says "must remove translations on the board before changig Circuit Pack type", however as displayed below there is nothing on the circuit pack?

01E12 ANALOG LINE TN746B 000016 p p p p p p p p

Am I missing something?

THANKS

for an analog card you just have to physically remove it from the pbx

You probably have to "mark" and "clear" each port. There must be one that's stuck. So, do "mark port 01E1201" the do "clear port 01E1201". Do that for each and if you have already removed the board it should disappear from the circuit-pack list. If you haven't removed it yet, go ahead and remove it and you should be okay.
