Cinphony 2 with Mics

Is there any one out there that can help us with an issue on a Cinphony 2 acd system. Issue is wallboard is not displaying the call info. Wall board is good seems like the ACD is not sending out the info. We moved the system 1 month ago. All went well just the wall board did not come up correctly.Can't seem to find anu one that still knows this stuff.
