Hi,

We currently have cim7 running also cim 5.5 running on another box with no problems.

I just tried to add an additional snmp workstation (5.5) on our network, once I added the subnet addresses it finds all our server (approx 250) but appears as inaccessible with the black status. The community name is correct including case sensitive; I don’t think this is a permission issue as i am logging on with domain admin account.

All agents have the updated client software, any ideas?

Yep all agents & stations have the same community name..
