CIL not working

Hi all,

Need help for the problem in BP250 CIL. it suddenly stops transmitting call log data.
Actions have taken are checking connection cable(ok), tried using other port in CPU-D5 (still not transmitting CIL},
re-program CIL, activate ports, changing COM PORTS settings. (9600,7,Even,1,None).

Hi,
I had BP systems in almost any release with this problem and mostly
only a coldstart solves the problem.
I would try to make a warmstart and if the problem remain try to make a coldstart
and load a backup.

Thanks for the response. I'll try to warmstart first the system.
