CID on Analog telephone disappear

Hi friends..

I have MX1 4.1 SP3 system. The problem is that sometimes there is no Caller ID on analog extension.
When i try to restart the board and PU also but no use.

When i restart the system the CID works again.

Anyone can explain what is the reason.
