CID on Analog sets on a 3300 MXe

I am able to get Caller ID info (name only) on analog sets on an ASUII . My questions are how do I get CID number once the call is answeredon the ASUII, and how do I get CID in general working on the embedded analog ports?

After looking at it over and over I decided to try an analog port on the ASUII and it works just fine, but it won't work on any of the embedded analog ports. I've looked at everything relating to CID and analog.
