v 6.0 sp3 12.3.0.15
Customer has a PRI that comes in to the 3300. sometimes callers and answered by the front desk and transfered and some are DID's.
in either case, the outside caller id will show up on the display of the phone but if they ignore it or really m iss a call, in the call history, it shows "unavailable".
am i missing something that allows this number to be saved?
