CICS with only 1 port active?

I just purchased a CICS. I can hookup a phone to port 101 and the phone works fine (as least i can get into the config from it). If I hook up to any other internal port on the system the phone never comes on and in maintenance it shows not equiped. Anyone have any ideas that might help me? Running DR2 sw.

I am sorry, apparently the amphenol connector was not seated completey because of a screw in the housing. Sorry to waste your time.
