CICS w/ CP, Can't get" Msg Waiting" disp or Auto Login

Have a CICS v7, with CP100 v3.0. The "Message Waiting" indication won't appear on the subscibers set, nor will Auto Login work. CP is set for Auto Login, and the Message Waiting is enabled. Any suggestions?

Is the mailbox assigned to the right extension?

Thanks for the help! Tried the reboot, no joy. The only mailbox I need is on port 101, DN 121. I have CP setup on 121, and it works except for the two items I mentioned.

Is static time turned on? You won't get messages if it is.

Turn off auto login and press feature 981 do you get the prompt PSWD.If you do then you have a made MB on that extention .Just thinking have you Initialized the mailbox because I don't think auto login will work till the INI.of the MB.If you do not get the PSWD prompt and get Log then there is no MB on that phone.Make sure msg indicate if on.

Static Time is OFF

An outside caller can sucessfully leave a VM on 121.

121 can access and play that message, also delete, etc
