Cics transaction error

Hi, I’m having a problem with running a transaction named TR01 under COBOL on IBM cics. I get the error message dfhac2033 which says that I’m not authorized to use the transaction. I checked that the transaction name is correct and that I have a valid user ID. Can anyone help me figure out what’s causing this error and how to fix it? Thanks in advance
