CICS Time Issue

I have a customer with a CICS 7.1 & Call Pilot 3.1. Last September they were having a time issue and the time would not update. This was causing a N/A issue. So I replaced the system and all worked fine until this Morning. Time issue back!! The only thing I can think of is when I replaced the system I did a backup and reloaded it to the new system. But no issues for 6 months? Any thoughts appreciated.
The provider is Comcast and auto time is on.

Which one has the time issue? CP or KSU?
Which one did you replace?

CICS never mind but still wonder what N/A is.


Turn Auto Time OFF!!!!!
If the other end is giving the wrong time then you will have the wrong time.

I had the same problem it ended up being the adtran that gives them dial tone, The time comes in on the caller id info string so i had the telco change the time on the adtran
