I have a customer with a CICS 7.1 & Call Pilot 3.1. Last September they were having a time issue and the time would not update. This was causing a N/A issue. So I replaced the system and all worked fine until this Morning. Time issue back!! The only thing I can think of is when I replaced the system I did a backup and reloaded it to the new system. But no issues for 6 months? Any thoughts appreciated.
The provider is Comcast and auto time is on.
