CICS S/W...What's wrong?

Tried to load a CICS with a NT7B64CM STND 4.12. It's marked mas Standard and according to my Norstar parts list it should be Standard for 16 sets.

Yet it only has 8 extensions with the IATA on ext 229 & not 16 extentions with the IATA on ext 237.

What's going on?

Do you know if the chassis ever had a lite version (4x8) of software mounted in its earlier life, like (NT7B64AD DR 2.0)?

What is the SP code? that will tell the truth.
Maybe it is a burned software with a wrong sticker, or wrong choice of software burned to that card in error.

OK, more info. I can't give you the sp code as I've loaded another s/w card into the CICS. However, the card in question was rewmoved from a working CICS last month that was 8x16 when I upgraded their CICS to 6.1 as that client needed off premise transfer.

In future when in doubt about software, always get the SP code and refer to the SP Codes FAQ

UPDATE: I loaded the software onto another KSU and it works fine (8x16)
