CICS Problem

Need help. Have a CICS with IRAD after entering in password, I don't get Terminal& sets, I get Software keys.
Does anyone know what is going on? Thanks

Yes. All it shows is syst.ID and ask for key codes. It won't let me the rest of progaming.

IS the IRAD new to the system? It sounds like it wants the software keys for a feature, such as IRAD.

Here is the IRAD software keys procedure-
Press show at Software keys- enter the system id; press SHOW again-enter5 the 8 digit software key 1; same for keys 2 and 3. Then reboot.

If you don't have the codes, you might have to call Norstar at 1-800-466-7835 to get them;
