Purchased a used CICS to use at home, System up and running, Issue with the first Line Card Slot, CI card installed, when testing the lines, it rings as normal, but the arrow flashes only once, then disappears until the next ring cycle when it will ring and flash only once. I move the card to the second slot and it works perfectly, so the issue looks to be in the main KSU and the first card slot. I am wondering if it is something I just live with or is there something I can do. I tried changing all the short co, long co and other settings to no avail. Again, when i move the same card to the second slot, there is no issue. I am fine to leave it in the second slot, do not anticipated more than 4 lines at home at least, lol. thanks in advance

Check for bent pins in the back of the CICS.
Check Hardware settings and make sure it's a loop card or change it then change it back again.
You could try doing a STARTUP if it's corruption.
