CICS DS cartridge problems

Anyone been having problems with these - static, screeching, etc?

I had heard about CLID issues but these are regular DS cartridges with the dipswitch set for North America.

Hey, I'm gonna USE that line sometime.

I've already mentioned sunspots and spacecraft re-entries as the source to customers (ya get bored troubleshooting after a while).
