Cics Conference call (unsupervised conf)

I can establish a conf call with the Feature 3 working great.I try to remove myself from the conference paermanently with the Feature 70 but is doe's not work.The display show's no 3th party calls

you should try a transfer ... if you just want to transfer the call

if you'd like to exit a conf F70 is correct - it may not work if your CO lines are not supervised

To disconnect....one of the callers have to call you and then make a conference call, that will allow you to diconnect.

the customer has an off site voice mail, with each voice mail having a phone number. SO you need to put call on hold and use the Conf feature.

Just press the hold button. The lines will stay busy until they hang up. (Make sure your lines are supervised though) the music on hold or tones will not play. If your telco supplies link transfer, you can use that instead of the norstar conference feature.
