CLID from telco is normally just the number unless you spring the bucks for caller name id.
there are call logs available Feat 812 with log size/availability set in feat * * 2 6 6 3 4 4 system programming >> feature settings >> call log space:

Does CLID appear at all when you answer lines 2 or 3? If not, odds are your provider isn't sending it. You can call them, and I'm sure they'd be happy to add it to your phone bill.
you can test for the presence of caller ID by clipping a butt set in monitor lmode to the line in question. then have someone dial the number of the line. listen between the first and second ring for a short FSK tone pattern. If you hear this you are getting CID from the telco IF you do not then.....
you can try this out on line 1 so you know what it sounds like.
