CICS and CID question

Have a CICS with CID trunk card. Is there any way to force CID to display on Appearance only trunk? Thanks.

I believe you can do a feature 811 (Call Info) then press the line that is flashing.

Thanks... but what the users want is to have CID active on all phone for all trunks, regardless of the ringing status. In other words, if it has a line appearance on the set (but doesn't ring), it displays CID.

Sorry Nesnet, but Lowradiation is correct. If the line isn't ringing, it won't show up without human intervention.
