Hello all.
I'm newbie with Chronicall and I have been trying to configure the emergency calls to show up in an agent desktop. We added an extension as a emergency number and when dialed the agent does receive the email alert but the desktop notification never shows up. I followed the troubleshooting in Xima page, already verified emergency agent locations, emergency numbers, the emergency call trigger and agent licenses.
Any insight in what I am missing? any help would be appreciated.
