Chronicall emergency pop ups not showing in agent desktop. 1

Hello all.

I'm newbie with Chronicall and I have been trying to configure the emergency calls to show up in an agent desktop. We added an extension as a emergency number and when dialed the agent does receive the email alert but the desktop notification never shows up. I followed the troubleshooting in Xima page, already verified emergency agent locations, emergency numbers, the emergency call trigger and agent licenses.

Any insight in what I am missing? any help would be appreciated.

From my notes, the last steps are:

To manage WHO receives the Emergency Alerts, select Admin (System) > Alerts and Triggers

Click on Standard Triggers > Emergency Call > Click to Show > Desktop Notification

Scroll through the list and select the Chronicall Desktop users that will receive the Emergency Alerts
 
@TouchToneTommy I have everything you said configured and the selected agents still don't get the emergency notifications on the desktop, only via email. I did contact Xima as @Teletechman suggested, they said everything looked solid and the only thing they could think of is that our Chronicall version needs to be updated.
