Choosing between 2 Networks

I have a server with 2 NICS. I was wondering if it is possible in vb 6 to choose a specific network to send data over. Data is being copied from one machine to another by a vb app I wrote using FSO move One network is ver busy and the other isn't. The copy sometimes defaults to the busier network causing issues with the other data.

How is the server set up. I would suggest teaming the NIC's on the the server and letting it decide the best path for traffic flow.

Please explain a little more on the server setup.
