Running OS 9.2.2 newly installed system.
I can select a printer through chooser, look at and modify the properties just fine, but when I need to print to it, I'm told by any application that the printer can't be found.

How can I print?

Have you installed the appropriate desktop print drivers for the Printers?
When you choose the printer in the chooser it should generate a desktop printer icon on the desktop, then (in Quark anyway) you need to make sure the right PPD is installed in the right folder so the apps see the printer. I know in PageMaker for example the PPD needs to go in the RCSC folder in the app folder. When you install the applications there is usually an option to install the printer ppd files at the same time. You might have to go back and use the install disks to redo a partial install.

Print drivers are installed. We think we got it but not too sure yet. It seems that if disable the suitcase extension, the printers work.
