choose a database on a form

Hi... im wondering if its possible to choose a database on a form by a text box or something... if i have several databases and want to access them through my form generator.. how will I be able to do this?

Create a table in the table insert a field in the datatype click on hyperlink
Create your form datasheet format
in the field you created place in the hyperlink address
