We have run into a serious issue lately. When the child domain admins create accounts, it is not flagging them that an email address already exists in the organization. We have one centralized exchange 2003 sp2 server for all child domains. they are noticing a lot of smtp addresses of their users as username2@domain.com.
Why has it stopped flagging them and just stamping it with a number behind the username? Anyone else seen this before?
