How do I change a regular vm extension (physical phone extension) to a guest mailbox extension? My manuel indicates how to set up a vm box and a guest mailbox separately however I wish to use the same extension # for the guest mailbox and can find no directions for doing this in the manual. Example we have an employee who used to work in the office under ext. 760. This person is now in a home office and needs a guest vm box rather than a physical phone in the office. We need to keep the same extension if at all possible. Is there a way to do this?
