Trying to cut over a conversion from Nortel MICS to Avaya IP Office with older DSS T1, Two way DID with E&M Trunks. If I program the new IP Office with E&M Switched 56k, I can make calls but can't receive calls, I have incoming set to auto answer. calling party hears no ringing. system status shows the call coming in but never rings the incoming call route destination phone. Could it be a problem with the answer timer?
