Checks Reopening Automatically After Being Paid and Closed and Locking the Table

i have some issue with simphony 2.9MR3 hotfix 3
After a check is closed and the user wants to open a new check for the same table it shows as if the table is already occupied. There is an open check for this table with the same check number as the one before but without any menu items. The sum total is zero.

It is impossible to close the check and impossible to open a new check.
have anyone found a solution for this instead of the one that MOS is proposing?

an error is poping up check closed in other workstation , (the check is open and closed on the same workstation but still popup again and have that error)

sounds like an override(ghost) check. make sure you have no open open checks on that RVC and drop the database datastore on that workstation.

Apart from anything you should really look into updating your system.

2.9 has been out for over 4 years and even your patch is over 2 years old.

Latest version available to you is Simphony 19.1
