Checkpoint one way audio

I see many people faced this issue already but noone has posted what fixed it. I have a checkpoint firewall. A VPN client from the out side and I am only getting one way audio. Inside out, nothing comes in from the vpn client. Everything else seems to work fine. Can anyone shed some light thanks.

Can you ping the inside phone from the outside phone?

On the PIX firewalls, had to do an h323 protocol fixup..this allowed the firewall to do a deep inspection of the signaling messages to get the port numbers that were to be used for the audio stream..since signaling and audio are on diff ports. Signaling would get through, but no audio...

Is there a way to do something similar on the Checkpoint??

same as on our checkpoint.
in the tracker you should see somekind of a smartdefence blockage.

in smartdashboard:
Service -> TCP -> H323 -> Advanced -> protocol type:
switch H323 to NONE
