Hello All,
We have a T-Mobile Fusion card on loan to test for compatibility and we are having serious problems getting through to our checkpoint VPN using Securemote on GPRS/UMTS.
When it is used in a WLAN envirnoment it connects fine but as soon as you switch to UMTS or GPRS and connect we get a gateway not responding error message.
One strange thing that I have noticed is that when using UMTS or GPRS when you first configure Securemote it connects and exchanges the initial site certificate's fine, but then thereafter it doesn't want to know.
I have tried using the NAT Transversal methods -no joy
I have tried establishing a http link prior to using secremote to ensure I am connected -no joy
I have been assured that it does support IPSec and actually has refences to Checkpoint VPN clients in TFM and I have configured it as per TFM but - no joy
I was hoping that somebody had already encountered this problem and could steer me in the right direction for a solution if it is a configuration problem with Checkpoint or Securemote as I am on the verge of tearing my hair out.
