Checkpoint license on internal jprivate IP address

Does anyone know if one can generate a license for internal IP instead of external public ip. This is because if we ever had to change the ISP, we would not need to go to user center to move the license.

Yes, you can register the licence to any IP interface on the firewall. Private or public.
