Checking network Traffic

When i look at our router our outgoing traffic is always running almost 100 % of the bandwith. We have a 256k line with 150 Interusers and a Groupwise and Exchange server.
How can see who or what is using the bandwith as i have only guest rights on the router.
Is there any easy free tools which will show the mac or ip details?

I advise you to start with look@lan.
And the good news is that this is the freeware section.

You might want to look at Ntop. Windows version can be downloaded from openxtra and others.
