Is there anyway using scripts or pretty much anything that can tell if a computer(laptop) is connected to our domain or if they are just connected to the net? I know there has to be a way because the windows firewall GPO settings has Standard profile and Domain profile. So basicly I would like to be able to run script1.vbs if the computer is connected to the domain and if it is not connected to a domain run script2.vbs.

I am wondering if the firewall is just checking dhcp or dns somehow and figuring out if it is on the domain or not. Any info would be great. Thanks alot.

I do know that the LOGINSERVER environment variable will be blank if you didn't authenticate against a domain controller.
