How does one go about doing this. I cannot find a way to check the VM for this DID.

Dial the VM pilot number, input the mailbox(DID) number, input password.
NOTE: you need to provide more details. What VM do you have, inmail? VM8000? What is the DID number? From the station or from a different station, or from the outside?

1. InMail. I think.
2. The group is 7. The number 2596
3. Different Station or from Outside

From a different station, dial the VM pilot number, it will ask for your mailbox, enter the station/mailbox number.
From the outside, dial the main number then press # and follow the prompts like from another station.

OK. I think my issue is a bit different than described as before.
I set up 22-11 to go to a Department Group. The number does go to that group, but after it reaches the last number, it should go to VM (I tell it to go to EXT 200). It doesn't. It just loops to the beginning like you called the main number.

22-11 is the DID translation tables. It should be set as;
transfer operation = busy/no answer
Target 1 = ring group, not department group
Target 2 = 102 = AA

OK. Is Ring Group 22-04?
If so, if I try to add the department group EXT, the system says that is doesn't exist.
I tried the different EXTs assigned to the function keys, but after it is done right it goes to the main number again and not a VM box.

Is there any step-by-step instructions for this that I couldn't find?
