Check other email account in ........

Dear All

Now many of the internet user is having a multiple email account, sometime we may forget to check same other email account. So any software are available for us to use it to keep checking the multiple/single email account inbox, if the email account is full then the system will be sending a email to the user other email account say the email is full please check it out.

Any software having this function??? Checking the inbox in online or offline???? How does it can be done???? It is possible to write a program to make it done???? Any email account provider having this kind of system???? Are this system have to work with the ISP and email account provider???

Any idea??? suggestion??? or comment???

Well, you can use something like Microsoft Outlook Express 5 that can not only check standard POP3 accounts, but will interface with HotMail to check your account(s) there as well. You would configure Outlook Express to pull down the messages from your various email accounts into one place, deleting the mail from the server once pulled. This way you don't have to worry about a particular account being forgotten and filling up, you just open Outlook Express, hit the Send/Receive button and it gets all your mail from all your accounts. Thank for u suggestion. How did v know other email account IP address like yahoo mail, mailcity, eudora mail and so on??? Because some of the they is not rpoviding the IP address for the user to know.
But if v put all the email account at Outlook Express, It will be slow down or take time to downloading all the mail and it will mix up all the mail.
So still got any other way to check the other email account inbox status and sending email to the user othe email account for notify the current email account is full.

Outlook Express only supports Hotmail accounts right now and I don't think Microsoft is planning to support any other web-based email services in the future. I know that Yahoo! Messenger will alert you if you have new yahoo mail, but you still have to use the web interface to retrieve the messages. You can check any POP3 account using Outlook Express, but I suspect that many of the web-based email services require you to visit their site to get your mail since they all get thier money from the number of hits they receive. You'll probably just have to keep manually checking those web based accounts and/or move all of your mail to POP3/Hotmail to use Outlook Express.

As far as it taking a while to download all of the email to Outlook Express, it'll be quicker than checking each account individually...

Thank Q for u opinion.
Like what u say it is impossible to have one software to check multiple email account in the back end.
Unless the email account provider open the IP address to the email user, for them to check the mail in other software.

Use a service like SpamCop(.net) which will grab email from up to 5 accounts if I remember right, hold the spam for reporting/deletion and then forward it all to a single mail address. I run 3 accounts through it and back to a yahoo account which I then use Outlook to retrieve.

Another suggestion is to use a mail forwarding service like *yournamefree* and set up new email addresses. These addresses never change.. only the forward to will change at your whim I have mail for my biz coming to a *real* name.. like my.mail@creativecomputers.com(example address) which in turn is pushed to a yahoo account for the spamcop to pick up and scan. I can change that address to be yahoo, Netscape or whatever mail I'm using at the moment but the address I give people remains the same.
