Hi guys,

I have a list which normally is read-only. However, that list contains a column "employee", and if that user is currently logged in, he/she can modify that specific record.

How can i check for this? Can i use the built-in functionality of Sharepoint, or should i make a webpart?!

It sound like "item level security", and SharePoint don't have that, so you'll have to make up something yourself.

Or make a list for each "employee", that's the closest I can think of using the built-in functionality of Sharepoint.
