BC10, managers have profiles that go to an ADN and the secretary has a MNS key for this. I need to add some more. There are some phones that just has loads of ADN numbers on them and i want to assign some of these to the managers but i need to know for sure they are not used for any other purpose. So i have two questions:
1. How do i check that an ADN is not used/spare even though its assigned to a key on a phone?
2. Do ADN's have to be assigned to a physical phone?

thanks, sorry if this is too simple a question.

Hi, Q1 check spexp:dir=all - to see if any hot lines have been programmed to the ADN.
Q2 I'm thinking about.
Cheers

Hi happyhammer66, check also CDIDP:DIR=ALL or the best way is SUSIP:DIR=xxxx&xxxx&xxxx where xxxx is the ADN number.
Example: SUSIP:DIR=9583&9587&9588;

in reply to question 2, you don't need a physical phone to program ADN's. just program a digital extension with Itype 0 and you'll have lot's of keys to use. remember that must have free digital equ for your virtual extension.
to have the most info about ADN/ODN/ANA do a SUDIP:DIR=xxx;

greetings,

Ops, sorry, SUDIP:DIR=xxxx; not SUSIP
