I have a form with several check box's on it, whenever I check one of them they all check. Anyone have any idea on how to fix this?

Thanks,
Wray

could you e-mail me your database? It might be easier to just look at it.

Would love to send it but it is too large, was hoping someone would have an idea of something stupid that I am doing.

Do you have the checkboxes bound to a recordsource? Are they bound to the same recordsource?

Hi Wray

I guess this is happening because you have sectected the same field of your table in the "control source" property of all of your check boxex.

You need to bound countrol source of each check box to differnt field in the database, for this you may add new blank columns in your db.

Wow, this is neat. I didn't know anything about Access two weeks ago, and I understand what you're talking about, even though this isn't my posting.

Just wanted to have some positive venting!
